Hi Stefan,

I have seen that you thought that the voting is broken on this site.
This is not the case, but at present the permissions are set such that for voting on questions you need 25 rep and for voting on answers you need 50 rep.

If you feel that these (and maybe other permissions) should be changed/discussed by the community, it would be best to write a corresponding meta post (by choosing the category "meta" when asking the question).
